Leak Detection & Repair in Northern Colorado
Dripping pipes, stains on ceilings, a water bill that jumped, or a sound of running water when nothing is on.

What usually goes wrong
A quick test tells you a lot: turn off every faucet and appliance that uses water, then look at your water meter. If the dial or leak indicator is still moving, water is going somewhere it should not. A running toilet is the most common culprit, followed by leaking supply lines under sinks and failing shutoff valves.
Basements are common across the Front Range, and leaks there can go unnoticed for a while. Look for damp drywall near the water heater, rust on pipes, or a musty smell. Upstairs, a stain on the ceiling below a bathroom often points to a toilet seal or shower valve.
Ask the plumber to show you where the leak is coming from and to explain whether the fix is a part, a section of pipe, or something larger, and get the price before work begins.
